“And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:35-38

Mobilization

SonSet Solutions has been very busy with many career fairs and missions conferences. We appreciate that many of you prayed with us in many ways regarding these opportunities that we had to share conversations with many students. We, John and Jean, were able to attend career fairs at Grove City College, Calvin University, and Wheaton College.

Pictured above is a photo of John and our teammate, Bryan Jackson, interacting with engineering and computer science students at Calvin University. The majority of the students we met are looking to integrate their faith with their chosen career path and were very interested in our ministry at SonSet Solutions. Please pray for God's leading with the many, many students we have met with this fall, that their hearts may be moved with eternal perspectives in mind.

10th Anniversary Bash

We praise the Lord that our 10th Anniversary Bash was well attended and went well. We are grateful for your prayers that the evening would be a time of giving God the glory for what he has done. Praises/Thanksgiving Praise that McCoy (our church) has restarted Gopher Buddies, our Word of Life group for 4 to 6 year olds, again. We praise the Lord for this new group of kids! Praise the Father for the many students that SonSet Solutions staff has been in contact with over the last several weeks.  Prayer Requests Please pray for the SonSet® radio shipment that is stuck in customs in Lima, Peru. We really need a breakthrough for this shipment. Pray that the Lord will move the hearts of the students we have interacted with at all our career fairs, to consider ministry, perhaps with us.
